MSM’s comprehensive maintenance program covers everything from soil renovation and plant health care, to tree care and highly skilled water management and irrigation. We will carefully observe present conditions at the site, review gathered data, and develop a maintenance program that fully incorporates your requests and expectations. Our maintenance management programs include such considerations as how many times in a given period we cut, trim, clean, wash or fertilize. They can also include such important landscape factors as: water efficiency, plant health care, irrigation and landscape renovation, soil analysis/soil renovation, tree pruning, tree boxing and tree relocation. MSM is proud to have its own certified tree arborist and licensed pest control applicator on staff.


Irrigation & Landscape
Among some of the services we provide are: softscape, including proper plant installation; native and drought-tolerant landscaping and renovation of existing landscape; hardscape, including inter-locking pavers; patio covers and decks; irrigation system installation, erosion control and drainage systems.


Water Efficiency/Water Conservation
Pending California water conservation legislation has mandated that by 2010 each commercial property must have an irrigation system run by “smart” controllers for maximum water use efficiency. These computerized systems take into account such things as: climate, weather history, soil type, and a variety of other considerations – all meant to decrease water use and water runoff. Implementation of such programs now can bring significant cost savings to property owners over the next few years.
